Customs Entry Writer

Customs Entry Specialist

The work schedule is MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM4 : 30 PM. This is a full-time in-office position during the contract period. Upon permanent hire and after 90 days, a hybrid option is available with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, based on performance and attendance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Customs Entry (Air & Ocean)
• Minimum 3+ years using CargoWise
• Strong understanding of Customs Entry processes
• ISF Filing (Import Security Filing) for ocean imports
• Bond reviews
• Proficiency in CargoWise navigation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using Outlook for professional correspondence
• Familiarity with border crossings is a plus
• Experience with both Air and Ocean entry writing is required

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr.
