job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOperate front-end loaders safely and efficiently. Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any issues. Load materials into plants based on production needs. Gain expertise in aggregate sizes, classifications, and weight requirements. Work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures. Take initiative, working independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in operating front-end loaders. Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment (preferred). Experience with rock crushers and screening equipment is a bonus. Strong safety mindset and adherence to safety regulations. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Capable of managing pressure, emergencies, and tight deadlines. Reliable and ethical with a focus on building positive relationships. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including various shifts, overtime, and out-of-town assignments. Lift and carry 25-50 lbs. regularly. Perform repetitive movements like bending, kneeling, squatting, and twisting. Sit or stand for long periods and navigate uneven terrain. Work outdoors in all types of weather and noisy environments. Frequent sitting Occasional push / pull Rarely bending / stooping Rarely climbing Occasional reaching Continuous grasping equipment controls Occasional fine manipulation Frequent use of Foot controls Passing a pre-employment drug test. Successfully completing a pre-employment physical.
