We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative based in the Greater Houston Area . This role is all about building strong relationships with builders, expanding our client base, and helping Tacoma Energy remain the go-to partner for energy compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, construction managers, and trade partners.
• Promote Tacoma Energy’s inspection and compliance services to current and potential clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across South Texas.
• Collaborate with field and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking functions to represent Tacoma Energy.
• Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and provide market feedback.

They are also responsible for home inspections for new construction homes, as well as HVAC design. Tacoma Energy has years’ of experience in the field of Energy Auditing, Training, Testing, Managing, Manual J,D, and S calculations for Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Energy modeling through Performance and Building Code Support. Today we have locations in multiple cities and continue to expand.
