Job Description :
The Chief Financial Officer – Commercial will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, responsible for leading all aspects of the company's financial strategy, planning, and operations. This role will oversee finance, accounting, budgeting, treasury, compliance, and risk management functions, with a strong focus on driving commercial performance, cost optimization, and operational efficiency in a complex manufacturing and distribution environment.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Strategic Finan ce & Business Partnership
Serve as a key strategic advisor to the Owner, CEO and executive team, helping shape long-term business direction.Lead the development and execution of financial strategy, capital allocation plans, and growth initiatives.Provide insight-driven support for key commercial decisions.Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis
Own the company's financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including budgeting, forecasting and performance management.Deliver timely , accurate and insightful reporting to executive leadership and board stakeholders.Develop financial models to support scenario planning, investment, cases , and operational efficiency initiatives.Operational Finance & Cost Management
Partner with operations, procurement, and supply chain to improve unit economics, reduce waste, and control costsImplement and maintain cost accounting systems to track production costs and gross margin performance.Oversee working capital management, inventory controls and capital expenditures.Governance, Compliance and Risk
Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax laws and audit requirements.Maintain strong internal controls, financial discipline, and risk management protocols.Le ad relationships with external auditors, financial institutions and regulatory bodies.Leadership & Team Development
Build, develop, and mentor a finance and accounting team.Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and cross-functional collaboration.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance , Accounting, or related field.Minimum 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior financial leadership role within manufacturing, bottling, or FMCG.Strong command of cost accounting, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with private equity or board-level stakeholders is a plus.Proven ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and high-growth environments.Preferred Qualifications :
