Responsibilities :
In collaboration with the CFO, oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, payroll and fixed assetsLead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process to deliver timely and accurate financial reportingDirect and ensure completion and accuracy of daily, weekly and monthly reconciliationsGenerate timely and accurate financial and management reports on a consistent basis, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reportsLead the budgeting process in collaboration with FP&A and business leaders, oversee implementation, monitor performance, and deliver operational metrics and variance insights to internal and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and applicable reporting standardsManage and mentor a team of 5- supporting team members.Qualifications :
Master's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance with CPA DesignationMinimum ten years related accounting experience with progressive responsibilityPrevious experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting toolsPrior experience in public accounting and previous experience with payroll oversightProficiency with the Microsoft Office SuiteExperience working with Section 125, Section 105, COBRA or health insurance productsFor more details please apply today!
