Afterhours Palliative Care RN - Advanced Illness Management

Overview : Make a difference when life matters most. We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Afterhours Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Advanced Illness Management (AIM) team. In this vital palliative care role, you'll provide after hours clinical support to patients and families facing serious illness-through in-person visits, phone triage, and virtual interventions. Work schedule is seven days on, seven days off. 5pm-8am during the week, and 5pm Friday through 8am Monday.
