Position Details :

• Location : American Health Network, a Part of Optum : 13000 N Meridian St Ste 101 Carmel, IN 46032
• Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; No evenings, weekends, or holidays!
• Specialty : Family Practice

The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
