One Tech Engineering is searching for a Project Assistant for a position located in Chesterfield, Missouri. The Project Assistant will be responsible for the management and organization of the document control process for engineering design teams, as well as supporting the account management team with the delivery of reporting, account wide communication, and seeking opportunities to provide innovative solutions to account level initiatives.

The candidate must be a US Citizen or a green card holder, the position is not eligible for sponsorship. The candidate should have a High School Degree and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.

Local candidates preferred or open to relocation. This is not a remote position.

Project Assistant Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the organization and set-up of standards and procedures for the team.
• Communicates document system procedures with team members.
• Coordinates documents with multiple engineers for project needs.
• Compiles electronic project data books.
• Issues transmittals to clients and vendors.
• Processes vendor submittals.
• Responsible for managing relationships and expectations of client counterparts.
• Packages electronic documents for clients, vendors, and internal needs.
• Notifies appropriate person of troubleshooting issues regarding vendors and clients.
• Performs document lifecycle management.
• Performs quality assurance of managed documents to ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Provides reporting on project document control status and other relevant metrics needed.
• Monitors workflows for the project team.
• Performs other duties as assigned and determined.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
• Responsible for regularly scheduled and as needed client reporting.
• Schedule account level meetings and gatherings.
• Distribute account level communication.
• Assist with goal tracking and management.
• Create slide presentations for account leadership.
• Seek opportunities within the account to create innovative tools and automation solutions from account initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned and determined.
