Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in a dynamic educational setting in Memphis, TN. This contract position spans the current school year, providing valuable services to enhance student communication skills and academic success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across K-12 grade levels.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create supportive learning environments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student development and success.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Valid SLP certification and licensure applicable to school-based practice.

  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and therapy techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and educational professionals.
