Role Overview :

Are you passionate about crafting visually impactful work that truly makes a difference? We're looking for an Art Supervisor to join our GSW Columbus team. In this role, you'll collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to develop inspiring campaigns for patients and healthcare providers. You will lead and inspire creativity across brands and be a part of a team dedicated to transforming lives through innovative and meaningful design.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop advertising concepts for healthcare professionals and consumer audiences.
• Present and refine creative work, explaining the "big idea" to the team.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and Associate Creative Directors to set visual standards.
• Mentor and develop Art Directors and creative team members.
• Partner with Strategy on research, positioning, and messaging.

Qualifications :

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $125,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions / bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
