About the Unit
With 2 floors and 165 beds, we are able to provide care for long term care residents and post-acute rehab patients. Nurse-patient ratios vary depending on the shift and the population you will be serving. It has a long term care unit and a rehab unit. Each floor has designated units that focus on patient specialties, such as general rehab, neuro rehab, traumatic brain injuries, and cancer. Offers integrated services with a common mission : to provide goal orientated, compassionate care while living a healthy and active life to the greatest level possible.
Scope of Work
Responsible for the overall support services for staff scheduling process. Must be able to communicate well with staff. Performs the scheduling function as directed. Works collaboratively with other personnel in matters related to scheduling coverage aspects of patient care. Assists with patient scheduling function as needed. Completes all functions of the staff scheduling process (i.e. block schedule, vacation calendar etc.). Transcribes scheduling information, staff schedules in a timely manner.
