Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours Employment Type : Travel Travel RN – Med Surg / Telemetry, PCU Location : Springfield, VT Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025 Duration : 13 Weeks Shift Type : Nights Schedule : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM, 12-hour shifts Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours / week Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend; holiday coverage as required On-Call : TBD Unit Overview Patient Ratio : 1 : 5 (depending on acuity) Beds : 25 Progressive Care Unit with telemetry monitoring Provides care for adult patients with acute and complex medical-surgical needs Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care for Med Surg / Telemetry patients Serve as Charge Nurse as assigned (experience required) Administer IV drips and manage medication titrations (drip experience required) Monitor and assess patient conditions, escalating changes appropriately Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR Requirements 2 years of current Med Surg / Telemetry experience – REQUIRED PCU experience – STRONGLY REQUIRED Charge Nurse experience – REQUIRED (include on profile) Drip experience – REQUIRED ICU experience – STRONGLY PREFERRED ACLS & BLS (AHA) – REQUIRED Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills Previous travel experience preferred Contact : HumanEdge Health / >
