ABOUT THE ROLE :

Were looking for a talented Intermediate Designer to join our studio and play a key role in both design and production across multiple projects. The ideal candidate brings strong design sensibility, solid technical skills, organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit. You will work closely with our senior team and principal to help bring ideas to life and push them through to execution.

Youll be involved in all phases of design from early concept development and modeling to documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Participate in concept development, design studies, and presentations
• Translate design concepts into detailed drawings and construction documents
• Model and draft in Revit and Rhino (experience with both is ideal)
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, fabricators, and clients
• Assist with project management and delivery schedules
• Contribute to internal design culture, research, and office growth
• Engagement with clients, consultants, and vendors in a highly professional manner
• Products and specifications research
• Navigating permitting and codes
• Construction site visits for design and construction reviews
• Working in-person with our team at our office located in Venice Beach, CA
