Molding Setup & Resin Technician – 2nd & 3rd Shift | $24-$27hr | Dublin, OH
Adecco is hiring Molding Setup & Resin Technicians for a leading manufacturer in Dublin, Ohio! This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude and injection molding experience to join a safety-driven, high-quality production team.
Pay & Schedule
Pay : $24-$27 per hour
Shifts Available :
2nd Shift : Monday–Friday, 2 : 30 PM – 11 : 00 PM
3rd Shift : Sunday–Thursday, 10 : 30 PM – 7 : 00 AM

Position Overview
The Molding Setup & Resin Technician supports the setup and operation of injection molding equipment. This includes material changes, mold transportation, installation, setup / startup within validated parameters, and maintaining a safe and organized production area. This role ensures that molding operations meet quality and regulatory standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support mold setup of injection mold tooling, including transportation, installation, and startup
Perform material changes, line clearances, and cleanup of area / equipment
Deliver material to molding operations and reprocess scrap
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, grinders, and blenders for material handling
Conduct basic troubleshooting on molding and feeding systems
Work with Tool Room on mold preventive maintenance
Blend and weigh resins, monitor material consistency to meet QC specs
Adjust equipment within process parameters to meet production and quality standards
Compile and maintain accurate production documentation and paperwork
Follow all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives and continuous improvement activities
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1–2 years of technician experience in injection molding operations (33–350 ton equipment preferred)
Vocational or technical training in manufacturing or plastics a plus
Familiarity with basic resin types and troubleshooting molding or auxiliary equipment
Computer literacy (Mattec system experience a plus)
Strong mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination
Ability to read and interpret component specifications and prints
Solid math and measurement skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Must be safety-focused, detail-oriented, and reliable
Pay Details : $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
