Job Summary :

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer with deep expertise in FreeBSD and OpenBSD to join our Infrastructure or Security team. In this role, you will help design, build, and maintain secure and high-performance systems leveraging BSD-based operating systems to support Amazon's global infrastructure and internal tools.

Key Responsibilities :

  • This role will focus on development and systems programming in FreeBSD and OpenBSD environments.
  • Ideal for candidates with experience in Unix-like OS internals and strong low-level coding skills.
  • Develop Windows services and solutions.
  • Automate support processes and document systems efficient

Must-Have Skills :

  • Development and systems programming in
  • FreeBSD and OpenBSD environments.
  • Experience in Unix-like OS internals and strong low-level coding skills.
  • Strong experience with Golang or Python.

    • Industry Experience :

  • Experience in software development for Windows platforms is essential. Knowledge of UNIX / LINUX environments is a plus.
  • Strong foundation in Computer Science or a related technical field.
