Gross Weekly : $2,218.00 / week (Calculated in 36 hours)

Breakdown :

W2 (Taxable) : $27.00 / Hr

Per-Diem(Non-Taxable) : $1,246.00 / Weekly

Requirements :

Active IL state License

Minimum 1 years of experience required.

BLS(AHA), NIHSS.
