MAJOR FUNCTION :
Provide direct outpatient mental health services in accordance with CCHN policies.Provide services in accordance with regular service schedules approved by the Chief Medical Officer and / or Director of Medical Staff Services.Provide outpatient services according to schedules approved by the Chief Medical Officer and / or Director of Medical Staff Services & RecruitmentSupervise CCHN employees and participate in provider committees as assigned by the Chief Medical OfficerMaintain patient records, secure appropriate patient informed consent or refusal and complete all forms and reports as required by CCHN policies and procedures.Maintain reasonable service productivity levels in accordance with standards set by CCHN.Maintain current unrestricted New Jersey License to practice in New JerseyCarry out such other reasonable mental health professional tasks as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer.
Requirements : QUALIFICATIONS :
Current unrestricted license to practice in the State of New Jersey; Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends; and care for the health underserved population.
