About The Position

Experience : 2 years required; first-time travelers accepted

License : State Occupational Therapy license

Certifications : NBCOT, BLS required

Must-Have : Strong spine / neuro experience, comprehensive memory care, and experience with multiple diagnoses

Description :

Occupational Therapist position available in inpatient rehabilitation.

The schedule is day shifts, working 5 days a week with a total of 40 hours.

Every third Saturday is required.

Two years of experience is required; first-time travelers are accepted.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification are mandatory.

Candidates should possess strong experience in spine and neuro rehabilitation as well as comprehensive memory care.

Experience with multiple diagnoses is also required.

Floating may be required within the specialty.

The scrubs required are black bottoms and red or black tops.

Weekend coverage includes one Saturday per month.

Holidays are required per the schedule.

This position does not require on-call duties.

Travelers are expected to float as needed within the facility.

Candidates must have a valid state license for operating legally in the required specialty.

References will be required from recent employers.

Candidates should be comfortable floating without restrictions or special requests as long as the work falls within their experience scope.
