Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 0 years of experience in Operations or Customer Service, or
High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in Operations or Customer Service
Consumer dispute experience related to Reg E is preferred
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are required
Ability to adapt to changes in a developing team environment
