An exceptional opportunity awaits a passionate and innovative Food Scientist to join a dynamic team dedicated to crafting high-quality confections and driving product excellence. This role is based onsite in Perham, MN, and offers a unique chance to shape the future of food innovation through hands-on development, strategic collaboration, and scientific expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new product formulations aligned with consumer expectations and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with customers to meet flavor, nutritional, and labeling goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and industry associations to stay ahead of trends and troubleshoot challenges.
  • Execute benchtop sample creation, scale-up processes, and production line trials with precision and attention to detail.
  • Support nutritional labeling, regulatory compliance, and documentation for packaging.
  • Utilize analytical tools and data collection systems to enhance product quality and performance.
  • Assist in sourcing and trialing new ingredients, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in food product development.
  • Strong understanding of multi-ingredient functionality and processing parameters.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative mindset.
