We manage residential and commercial property owners’ associations, including condominiums and HOAs, and other buildings and facilities in the greater Williamsburg, James City County, York County, and Newport News area. Town Management offers a comprehensive suite of services tailored to meet the needs of condominium and property owners’ associations.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site (not remote) position. The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of association management, including working with the association board, coordinating with contractors, overseeing budgets, addressing board concerns, reviewing invoices and contracts, and helping the board and association operate efficiently and effectively. Each day is a little different with about 65% of time spent in the office and the remainder on-site at various nearby associations.
