Front Of House Manager

As the Front of House Manager, you'll lead our service team in delivering outstanding hospitality from greeting to goodbye. You'll help shape the energy, atmosphere, and guest experience while mentoring a team that shares your passion for great food, friendly service, and fun.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the Guest Experience : Inspire your team to provide exceptional service and ensure every guest leaves happy - through table touches, quick response times, and a welcoming environment.
- Build and Develop a Winning Team : Recruit, hire, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to uphold Beer Barrel's high standards . Create a positive and engaging workplace that encourages growth and minimizes turnover.
- Drive Operational Excellence : Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance in all areas of the dining room and bar. Oversee scheduling, labor management, and cost control to align with company goals.
- Elevate Beverage & Sales Performance : Manage weekly inventory and ordering, track beverage costs using Margin Edge, and coach your team on effective sales practices.
- Plan and Host Events : Coordinate and lead community events (like Dine & Donate) to support local causes and build relationships with guests and organizations.
- Champion Training & Culture : Deliver ongoing training on service standards, guest rewards programs, and leadership development to prepare your team for future opportunities.
- Collaborate for Success : Work hand-in-hand with your General Manager, kitchen leadership, and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless experience across all areas of the restaurant.
- Maintain Brand Standards : Ensure all menus, promotional materials, and signage are accurate , up to date, and visually appealing throughout the restaurant. Keep cleanliness as an ongoing project with weekly and daily cleaning, identify and assign larger tasks checklists, and follow through
Qualifications :
3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurantStrong leadership and communication skills - you motivate by example and lead with positivityKnowledge of safe food handling, alcohol service, and sanitation standards (certifications a plus)Experience training and developing teams of diverse individualsAbility to manage costs, schedules, and operations with attention to detail and sound judgmentA passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiencesBasic b usiness m ath s kills and computer literacyWork environment :
