Position : P1 Licensed Plumber License Qualifier (Non-Field Role)

Location : Stamford, CT (Remote with Minimal On-Site Needs)

Compensation : $2,500 Monthly Stipend

Term : One-Year Contract (Renewable)

About the Opportunity

We're seeking a P1 Licensed Master Plumber to serve as our License Qualifier for the State of Connecticut.

This non-field, compliance-focused position is perfect for a seasoned tradesperson who wants to remain engaged in the industry without the demands of day-to-day job sites. As our qualifier, youll support the business by ensuring we remain compliant with Connecticut regulations while we grow our footprint in the area.

What You'll Do

• Act as the official License Qualifier with the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection
• Sign a letter affirming your role with the company for compliance purposes
• Assist with licensing documentation, renewals, and any audit or inspection needs
• Provide occasional input or oversight on complex scopes of work to ensure code compliance
