Parts Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • Leadership : Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
  • Communication : Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
  • Metrics Mindedness : Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
  • Process Orientation : Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Teamwork : Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
  • Parts Sales & Inventory Management : Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
  • Safety & Compliance : Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
  • Commercial Account Support : Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs. Problem Solving : Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
