Duties
- Represent clients in family law litigation, including hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
- Develop and implement effective case strategies for high-stakes legal matters.
- Conduct consultations with potential clients, offering legal insights and clarity.
- Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring compliance with deadlines and court requirements.
- Conduct legal research, prepare discovery, pleadings, motions, and trial materials.
