Job Description :
The candidate shall develop, document, and maintain system or business workflows to support HRMSD’s operational requirements as required. These workflows may be used internally or distributed to customers for reference.Requirements
Required Skills :
High School / Graduate or any relevant educationMinimum 5 to 8 years of relevant work experienceDevelop, update, or maintain documented workflows for a system or business process.Scan and store information in a digital form to a central repository.Develops comprehensive manuals for application users, ensuring instructions are actionable and straightforward.Produces in-depth technical documentation for developers, IT teams, or advanced users (e.g., API guides, data models).Prepares clear and concise release notes that highlight application updates, bug fixes, and new features.Develops onboarding and training resources, such as tutorials, quick-start Page 11 of 33 guides, or e-learning content.Works closely with developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.Clearly communicates documentation requirements, timelines, and updates with stakeholders.Actively seeks and incorporates feedback from end-users and team members.Ensures documentation stays up to date with application changes and user feedbackRequirements
