A company is looking for a Regional Placement Specialist - Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

Manage marketing and placement of new and renewal accounts with partner insurance carriers for real estate clients

Negotiate and secure competitive terms and conditions for real estate-specific risks

Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery

Required Qualifications

7+ years of insurance industry experience, preferably in placement, underwriting, or carrier relationship management

Strong understanding of carrier and wholesaler dynamics in the Middle Market

Deep technical knowledge of Property & Casualty business

College degree and insurance designations (CIC, ARM, AAI, CPCU) preferred

Ability to maintain a state Property & Casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one
