Valid driver’s license and car for home visits.

COVID-19 vaccinated or an exemption form on file.

Flu shot or declination with mandatory mask wearing at all times while at work.

Description :

The position involves providing physical therapy services to patients in their homes.

Treatments will focus on patients with cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, neuro, ortho, and oncology specialties.

The therapist will conduct home skilled visits, with a minimum of six visits per day.

Self-scheduling of visits and hours will be based on the needs of the home care office.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in assessment, documentation, and patient education.

Knowledge of adaptive equipment and safety measures is required.

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in developing home exercise programs.

An understanding of signs and symptoms of abuse and injury prevention is essential.

Experience with various medical conditions and rehabilitation techniques is needed.

Compliance with health and safety regulations is mandatory.

Effective communication skills are necessary for interacting with patients and families.

The role may require the use of specific equipment for patient care.

The candidate must manage time efficiently to meet patient care demands.
