Recruiter Position
We are looking for a motivated and personable Recruiter to join our client's team in Lexington, South Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who excels in full-cycle recruiting and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in attracting top talent while upholding the company's values and culture. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will also develop and maintain job postings and questionnaires in applicant tracking systems, such as Workday. Participation in weekly regional meetings to provide updates and insights on recruitment activities is required. Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensuring alignment with company goals is essential. Acting as the face of the company when engaging with candidates, showcasing our values and culture, handling challenging conversations with hiring managers in a thoughtful and balanced manner, organizing and participating in team lunches and events to foster a welcoming and collaborative environment, ensuring the recruitment process is efficient and aligned with company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the ATS, and collaborating with other HR departments to support overall staffing strategies are also part of the role. Requirements include proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a corporate or high-volume environment, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly Workday, strong interpersonal and communication skills, confidence in representing the company and effectively promoting its values to potential candidates, ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and tact, especially in a male-dominated industry, proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other basic office software tools, a flexible and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented setting, and a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant recruiting experience.
