Work Details :

• Support Staff : CRNAs
• Patients per day : 50-60
• Department Description : Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day this will not be a locum.
• EMR : Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Hospital Bed size : 11 ORs in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center
• Special Procedures : Locums do not medically direct CRNAs

Requirements :

• Board Certification : BC or BE in Anesthesiology required
• License Required : Active AZ license
• Certifications Required : ACLS, PALS

Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days
