Service Manager

Purpose of Position
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager. The Service Manager will provide leadership to multiple OPM technicians on a variety of projects for the installation, maintenance, and repair of modern plumbing and HVAC systems. They will ensure all work meets regulatory plumbing system requirements. The Service Manager will assist the service operations team with completing work orders, billing and scheduling in a timely manner with utmost efficiency, remaining within budget all while maintaining a high-quality standard.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary of $80,000 to $120,000 USD per year D.O.E

Job Location : Irvine, CA. This is an in-office position.
Reporting Structure : This position will report directly to the Regional Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Explore new opportunities with a goal of growing customer base, revenue and profitabilityReceive and coordinate service requestsPrepare quotes based on technician problem reports or site reviewCreate new service contract proposals, contracts, and invoicing of contractCreate work orders, purchase orders, and secure equipment when job has been approved, track materials until ready for pick upCreate budgets and other targets for projectsEstablish a project guideline for each approved project that defines the goals, objectives, risks, assumptions, staffing levels, roles and responsibilities, work breakdown structure, milestones and deliverablesUpdate filters list, order monthly filters, and receive filter invoicesEvaluate manpower efficiency and make adjustments of requiredAssist technicians with promoting services where possibleEnsure client satisfaction throughout the life cycle of the projectMonitor labor hours, job progress and costQualifications and Experience
5+ years of service plumbing experience in commercial or high-rise residential buildingsAbility to interpret blueprints, specifications, inspection reports, etc.Significant knowledge of construction methods as well as an understanding of the permit processSkilled negotiator with the ability to track change orders with both owners and subcontractorsAbility to ensure accurate documentation including customer recordsMeets sensitive deadlines on a consistent basisAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks at a timeSound knowledge of local building code and safety regulationsStrong knowledge of MS Office suite including MS Excel, and MS ProjectKnowledge of Viewpoint Spectrum ERP, and BuildOps an assetKnowledge of Trimble AutoBid and Bluebeam an assetSkills and Abilities
