A South Orange County property management company is seeking an Account Clerk to support their accounting department. This role performs a variety of tasks involving the maintaining and reviewing of financial records and processing of financial transaction documents. The ideal candidate will have some accounting experience, strong computer and organizational skills. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a big plus, but not a requirement. This is a full time, temp to hire position. The pay is $22 / hour. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm or 8 : 30am to 5pm.

Account Clerk Responsibilities :

• Monitors batches of chargeable services.
• Checks against source documents for corrections of coding, analyzes delinquencies, sends delinquent notices and follows up by telephone or letter when appropriate.
• Accounts Receivable / Payable
• Processing input for payments
• Invoices and purchase orders
• Checking account ledgers for coding and extensions
• Follows up with vendors and / or other departments to correct discrepancies
• Reconciles statements
• Notifies vendors of debit balances due
• Issues checks
• Assists with accrual journal entries
