POSITION OVERVIEW :
Digital Analytics Coordinator will play a critical role to enhance reporting, optimize marketing campaigns and help provide guidance to the overall business. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, passionate about data, thinks outside the box, can create insightful visualizations, and can tell a cohesive narrative about what the data tells us across multiple channels. The goal is to understand our data and identify risks and potential opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Reporting :
Construct Summaries, Reports and Dashboard Visualizations across a variety of data sources to communicate performance to stakeholders in a consumable fashion
Automate reporting across DTC marketing, to help streamline reporting to automatically populate and avoid manual downloads.
Collaborate across different teams and departments to build ad hoc reports as needed and walk through what the data represents
Data Management :
Regularly monitor and validate data in marketing platforms, during extraction, and transformation
Look for opportunities to expand our tracking - from adding utm parameters to firing additional GA events and adding pixels
Track competitor activity constructing various analyses as necessary to inform and drive the business.
While working to automate reporting in the long run, this role will involve routinely extracting data, in various formats from a diverse set of platforms, verifying the data and creating reports
Collaborate with web team to refine implementation of GA4. This will require mapping out events, parameters, dimensions that would be helpful to have data continuity and enhance ecommerce tracking
Compile and maintain a comprehensive timeline of marketing tests whether website tests, mixed market channel tests, channel tactic tests, etc. Test summaries should include size of test, statistical significance, incremental value, potential pollution sources and any learnings or lack thereof
Provide input on methodology, measurement and requirements of testing strategies to support constant testing and optimization.
