Statistical Programmer | Evaluation Support
ProSidian Consulting Services Firm is seeking a Statistical Programmer for Evaluation Support. This is a contract contingent position located in Washington DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region supporting a branch of DOE that leverages science and technology to address energy, environmental, and nuclear challenges.
The Statistical Programmer will provide services and support as an Energy Technical Consulting professional in the Energy, Science, and Technology Research Industry Sector. The role focuses on Business Process Solutions for clients such as the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Policy (OP).
Responsibilities include developing statistical models and tools to analyze evaluation data efficiently, providing data analysis, modeling, evaluation, mapping, forecasting, and report development, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. The Statistical Programmer will assess the impact, feasibility, and outcomes of energy programs and policies using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Desired qualifications include expertise in energy, policy, and technical consulting, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Key skills include analytical thinking, proficiency in data analysis tools, strong communication abilities, and subject matter expertise in energy and policy domains.
