We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Trim Carpenter to work on custom-built and finishing touches in extremely high-end residential homes. We are looking for someone who has a passion for perfection in their craft and maintains high standards. Ideal candidates should have experience in residential high-end home projects, as commercial construction experience is not applicable for this role. We prefer candidates with over 10 years of trim carpentry experience. The ability to read blueprints, procure materials, and work independently while also being willing to assist others is essential.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand project plans and specifications.
• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and join materials.
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to building codes.
• Communicate effectively with other members of the construction team.
• Complete custom-built and finishing touches on high-end homes.
• Ensure all work meets high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00 / yr.
