  • 7+ years of Telecommunications, Voice, & Data Networks
  • 3+ years in team leadership & people management
  • Cisco or Genesys Contact Center
  • ACD, VoIP, and Cisco hardware & software
  • REQUIRED : on-site 1-2 days / week
  • REQUIRED : Bachelor's degree (preferably in Telecom or IT)
  • Cisco Certifications (CCNA, CCNP) a big plus
