Strategic Partnerships Associate

Location : Remote

Pay : $30 per hour

Hours : 40 hours / week

Role Overview

As a Strategic Partnerships Associate , you will support the Gas Services Division in developing global partnerships, joint ventures, and emerging technology collaborations. This is a highly visible role that blends strategy, relationship-building, and organizational support—ideal for someone who is adaptable, resourceful, and excited to contribute to innovation in the energy sector.

You’ll coordinate closely with the Ventures teams and other business units to explore opportunities that merge existing portfolios with new technologies and business models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage meetings across multiple time zones with global stakeholders.
  • Create and refine partnership presentations, proposals, and strategy documents.
  • Support strategic planning by organizing and structuring complex ideas into actionable roadmaps.
  • Assist in evaluating joint ventures, alliances, and new market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal innovation teams to identify synergies with emerging technologies and companies.
  • Maintain clear records, follow-ups, and progress tracking for ongoing partnership initiatives.
  • Contribute to building strategies that merge legacy operations with new innovations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of corporate or strategy-related professional experience (consulting, business development, or partnerships preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars, priorities, and projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Adaptive mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, global environments.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish strongly preferred; German or other languages a plus).
  • Background in venture capital, corporate innovation, or emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with collaboration or project management tools (Miro, Notion, Asana, Monday.com).
  • Understanding of AI or digital solutions applied to business strategy.
  • Prior experience working in multinational or multicultural settings.
