Position Overview :

We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team. This full-time, in-office role with our compliance team will involve a variety of job-specific tasks, including :

  • Prepare and file tangible property tax returns
  • Manage and process property tax bill payments
  • Review and analyze property tax assessments
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage and develop administrative and support staff
  • Communicate and coordinate with taxing jurisdictions
  • Review of incoming mail and relevant tax documentation
  • Maintain organized physical and digital file systems

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a professional services role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; Access experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience managing client relationships and deliverables
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor staff or junior team members
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-directed work style
