Job Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Regional Quality Assurance Manager, your responsibilities include providing training and ongoing support to Pebble Technology, Inc.'s (PTI) Licensed Installers and Certified Builders. Additionally, you will be responsible for warranty evaluations and possibly some repair work. Evaluations, training and inspections will occur on worksites and require a substantial portion of the job to be conducted in the field.
Job Location
This is a remote based role when not traveling. This person must reside in Dallas, TX.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure a high level of quality and compliance on PTI finish installations by providing support and ongoing training to PTI's installer base
- Communicate and visit with pool builders / applicators regarding product installation quality and address customer concerns
- Travel to multiple installers and builders within specific regions on scheduled visits and / or to address urgent issues
- Visit homeowners to inspect and resolve escalated customer situations related to Pebble Tec finishes
- Maintain regular verbal and written communication with Warranty Administrator, Customer Service Manager and Director
- Communicate with PTI Sales Managers to ensure that we are providing a seamless customer service experience
- Document and update all customer interactions with PTI's customer service software, forms and reports
- Work with R&D in developing new products, providing feedback on product performance and development of care and maintenance protocols
- Act in a professional manner at all times, representing the high standard of quality and customer satisfaction expected of all PTI employees
