POSITION SUMMARY : As an IT Infrastructure & Security Intern, you will provide support to the IT Infrastructure & Security team. This role provides hands-on experience across a range of infrastructure disciplines including servers, storage, networking, and cloud environments. Under the guidance of senior team members, the intern will support projects, documentation, monitoring, and day-to-day operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Assists in the support and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, networking, and cloud systems.
• Participates in the documentation of infrastructure processes, configurations, and support procedures.
• Supports routine monitoring and reporting of system performance, availability, and health.
• Learns and helps apply basic best practices for security, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Aids in troubleshooting and resolving basic infrastructure issues under supervision.
• Collaborates with team members across IT and other departments to understand infrastructure needs.
• Assists with vendor research, asset tracking, and basic procurement or inventory tasks.
• Participates in the evaluation or testing of new technologies and tools under guidance.
• Supports the team in ongoing improvement efforts through feedback, suggestions, and observations.
• Performs additional support tasks and projects as assigned.

PAY : $18 / hr
