Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer inquiries across various channels while maintaining high satisfaction ratings
Craft timely and informative responses to product and technical queries
Participate in team meetings and share customer feedback to improve services
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer service and / or technical support
Full-time availability with the ability to work 5 consecutive days, including weekends
Strong deductive reasoning skills to identify the root causes of issues
Reliable WiFi and a distraction-free workspace
Patience and ability to teach non-tech-savvy partners
