Responsibilities

• Enforce strict safety observance in accordance with OSHA and safety guidelines and actively participate in proactive safety measures to remove hazards from the workplace.
• Comprehend the entire Manufacturing Engineering function including processes, products, and systems and use this knowledge to effectively execute improvement projects within operations.
• Work with other functions such as Design Engineering, Procurement, Sourcing, and Sales to implement required improvements.
• Evaluate current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and make necessary improvements to equipment and / or processes to achieve desired results.
• Develop and continuously improve standard manufacturing procedures which operations are to follow and support supervision to ensure these procedures are enforced.
• Identify potential capital investments in alignment with business goals and manage the capital project process from inception through implementation.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 / yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Waukesha, WI.
