About the Opportunity :

We're seeking a talented Senior Industrial Designer to join a dynamic product development team. This role requires a passion for enhancing people's lives through product design and a hands-on approach to bringing innovative ideas to life.

Responsibilities :

Product Design : Design products from concept to mass production, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams, including junior designers, to shape product strategy and vision.

Prototyping : Develop prototypes using various methods, including 3D printing and working with fabrication teams.

Supplier Management : Work with offshore suppliers to bring products to mass production.

Market Research : Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform product design.

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Design or a recognized equivalent.

Experience : Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a similar role designing quality consumer products.

Skills :

• Advanced-level Solidworks CAD skills.
• Experience in design for manufacture, including plastic component design, steel fabrication, and textile development.
• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
