Job Description :

Case Manager RN with 8-Hour Day shifts for a 13-week assignment.

Local travelers with permanent residence within 50 miles will not be eligible for a travel contract.

Floating may be required, and travelers will regularly float between various like units within their skill set.

All travelers are expected to float between departments and possibly to sister hospitals nearby.

Candidates must commit to working 3 of the 5 specified holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.

Communication devices such as cell phones or pagers, if required for the assignment, will be provided to perform duties as assigned.

Pre-start and annual modules completion required, averaging 16 hours, with any time over 20 hours needing prior approval.

Orientation includes 40 hours of non-billable training.

This position requires a commitment to high-quality patient management and the ability to adapt to floating assignments as necessary.
