Job Description :

A medical technologist performs laboratory procedures on neonatal, pediatric, and adult specimens using established protocols. They maintain equipment and records, perform quality assurance activities, and ensure the delivery of accurate lab test results.

Responsibilities :

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and body fluids.
• Ensure quality laboratory services and timely reporting of lab test results.
• Adhere to legal responsibilities and scope of practice.

Requirements :

A medical technologist must have the appropriate educational background to perform these tasks. They must be able to work independently with minimal technical supervision.
