The Project Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and monitoring all project activities-from small-scale R&D initiatives to large, complex production systems. This role works closely with Engineering, Production, and Procurement teams to deliver fully integrated, high-performance solutions. Offering a competitive salary of $90,000 to $125,000 annually, this position rewards your expertise while fostering both professional and personal growth in an innovative environment.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure schedules, requirements, and budgets are achieved.
• Identify and resolve project issues by facilitating support and tracking resolutions.
• Manage customer relationships including acceptance testing, satisfaction, change orders, and ongoing communication.
• Prepare and deliver reports such as project status updates, schedules, action items, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with Engineers to resolve ECOs, NCRs, and technical challenges.
• Develop and maintain Project Management processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Lead post-project reviews with stakeholders to capture lessons learned.
• Track, analyze, and respond to key project metrics.
• Document and distribute meeting minutes and other project communications.
