Moss Law Firm is looking for a full-time associate attorney in its Lubbock, Texas office. Moss Law Firm is a growing consumer collections firm representing national banks throughout the state of Texas. The position will include involvement in every stage of litigation but particularly focus on post-judgment remedies. Applicant must be open to court appearances. Additional responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, negotiating with opposing counsel, and document review. Salary will be based on experience. Firm offers competitive benefits.
