Job description

Seeking an individual that has experience in operating a 15 needle commercial embroidery machines. The ideal candidate for this full time role has the initiative, necessary skills and experience to roll up his or her sleeves and jump right into production, which will include all aspects of preparation, operation, cleaning, and maintenance of the equipment. Secondary duties for this position include commercial screen printing to produce customer requested graphic designs in a consistent manner. Additional experience installing vinyl graphics / wraps to vehicles, signage and wall graphics is a highly valued. Candidates must be committed to quality, always paying attention to details, consistently delivering outstanding customer service, and able to function effectively in a fast paced environment. On-the-job training will be provided. Analyze, troubleshoot, and solve production issues in the moment . Excellent problem-solving skills and able to communicate effectively during production. Safely use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. Provide outstanding customer service in a variety of client

  • Reads work order to determine proper logo and location of embroidery
  • Determines appropriate thread and colors required for each design
  • Verifies quality of garments, prints on garments, or sections of embroidery to those garments to ensure consistency and complete customer satisfaction..
  • Cleans and maintains equipment
  • Assist with screen printing and vinyl production as needed.

    • Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted on a frequent basis throughout the day.
  • Expected to lift and reach
  • Able to stand while working for long periods of time
  • Able to understand and follow written or verbal instructions with minimal supervision
  • Able to multitask
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to see and identify colors
  • Simple math and counting skills
  • Able to adhere to safety guidelines
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Experience with 15 needle embroidery machines is a must
  • Experience with screen printing and vinyl are a plus but not required. On-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.
