LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in western Nassau County to fill an Accounts Payable & Finance Specialist Opportunity. This is a direct hire opportunity and can pay $70-$90K depending on experience. Hybrid one day from home.

Accounts Payable :

• Review, code, and input vendor invoices; ensure proper authorization and sales / use tax compliance.
• Determine 1099 eligibility and assist with annual 1099 process.
• Process payments (checks, ACH), obtain signatures, and mail payments.
• Handle positive pay exceptions and research uncashed checks for reissue.
• Review vendor statements, resolve payment inquiries, and process expense reimbursements (Chrome River).
