Your Role

As our Sales and Leasing Agent , you’ll be at the heart of Kingsbrook Estates’ growth and resident satisfaction. This dynamic role blends sales, marketing, and customer relations, driving occupancy while enhancing community life. You will guide prospective residents through every step — from their first visit to move-in day — and play a key role in promoting the Kingsbrook Estates lifestyle.

What You’ll Do

• Actively sell and lease new, pre-owned, and brokered homes within the community.
• Manage the full sales cycle : lead generation, prospect tracking, tours, applications, closings, and follow-ups.
• Promote available homes through digital marketing, social media, and local outreach.
• Conduct property tours and open houses to attract and engage potential residents.
• Ensure model homes and available units are always move-in ready.
• Support community engagement by assisting with resident events that build relationships and foster satisfaction.
• Serve as a liaison between residents, team members, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and reports while meeting sales performance goals.
